It is the Imperial Museum - Petropolis (http://sc4devotion.com/csxlex/lex_filedesc.php?lotGET=204) by Colyn on the STEX. Thanks for your help!

Casper3141 provided some stuff on the STEX http://www.simtropolis.com/stex/index.cfm?p=files&keyword=Casper3141&view=all (http://www.simtropolis.com/stex/index.cfm?p=files&keyword=Casper3141&view=all), there's also the Lockheed Skunk works which includes a couple of freebie props http://www.simtropolis.com/stex/details.cfm?id=3048 (http://www.simtropolis.com/stex/details.cfm?id=3048) or http://www.simtropolis.com/stex/details.cfm?id=3056 (http://www.simtropolis.com/stex/details.cfm?id=3056) if you only want the props. Srainy made the f-22 http://www.simtropolis.com/stex/details.cfm?id=21828 (http://www.simtropolis.com/stex/details.cfm?id=21828) and Canuck3360 provided these f-4's and f-5's http://www.simtropolis.com/stex/details.cfm?id=14046 (http://www.simtropolis.com/stex/details.cfm?id=14046). I have some f-14's and a low quality f-15 that I'm willing to share via pm/email, but I have no idea where I got them anymore.
