This was answered before, but when Simtropolis switched over to 6.0, the links are no longer valid.

I searched the STEX, but to no avail. Does anyone know where I can find the "Radical Ordinance Mod"?

I believe my problem was that I remembered the creator's name as "RaphaelMayorNinja". Thank you so, very much.
