I seem to be having issues with these R$$ homes. I've downloaded them before and all of the dependencies respectively, and never had any issues, but this time I seem to be having issues. Here's a screen-shot:

I feel kind of stupid for posting two threads here but this issue is bugging me. I looked at the read-me and downloaded everything, but I still seem to be missing something.
You are missingf texture packs. Not sure which one(s), but if this is truley a BSC release, it is most likely one of the three BSC Mega Packs.
Argh. Sorry, it appears it's actually a SYM Productions lot, not BSC. The main texture file is BSC Textures MEGA Pack.
Since the link provided here: http://www.simtropolis.com/stex/details.cfm?id=16122 did not work I went to the LEX and downloaded BSC Textures Vol 1. I assume that's the same thing?
