Can you tell, I am into Modular stuff these days?

Well, here is yet another one.

This is just a beginning development, and I am already planning a few changes. I am going to make the walk way a bit more narrow (it is 3 meters now, going to make it 2 or 2.5). This is going to be one of those low wealth, flee bag motels.

I am planning 3 or 4 sets at present.

Looking quite good. Although I assume it'll all be ploppable CS$?

At the very least, the office, and other special buildings will be. I'm not sure I can do it with all the rooms, as they won't have street access once it is done.

I suppose I could do 2 sets, one with parking lots, for street access, and one with out, for inner court (Street Side, and Court Side).

Well I really like the concept! Maybe I could lot the models for myself to be HUGE CS$ motels :) a lot of potential indeed!  ;D

All the buildings are props, so that would be very easy to do.

This is quite interesting project you have started...I am just making a a suggestion so do not take it to heart..but a prop family for the areas that have jobs,signs,pools,balconies,stairways,etc would benefit your project tremendously. That way you would not have to make tons of addon pieces which would bloat up the menu. Just a suggestion thats all. Looks great so far.

I try to take advantage of prop families as much as I can. Like the Signs for the Modular Storage System. Any time that something random would work, I use them :)

Just one question. Are you going to make some pieces able to blend with the ARS river walk?

Short answer, yes. The second set will match the ARS River Walk very well.
