OK , I don't BAT. We all know by now that I can barely BAT a 16x16 square :D but I do understand how difficult certain items can be. One thing that I would love to see in my cities is a seawall with some architecture.
Looking at this real life river walk , could someone tackle this to make it conform as a seawall?

As I said , this is just one of many aspects to modding that I am all thumbs. I really don't know how difficult it would be to create.
Anyway , that's it ...hopefully it may inspire some creativity!

There is one trick anyone can do to use walls as seawalls. Using some mods or cheats you can drop temporarily the sea level, apply the wall to the sea sides and save the game. After taking the mod away, and loading the game, you will see the sea level back to normal and the walls appearing like seawalls. I did that several times and it looks very nice.
