Hope I'm in the right place. I reloaded my plug-ins and thought I had the dependencies pretty straightened out...but I am getting a brown box for BSC lot "George Terrace" Medium Wealth Residential. Can someone please point me in the right direction?
Could you post a picture of the lot as that may help to identify it?

You need to convert your pictures in your SC4 albums to .jpg using a program like The Gimp or IrfanView(Both free programs).
You then need to open an account at either Photobucket or Imageshack and upload your images there. Then you copy the link from Photobucket or Imageshack with the [ i m g ] (without the spaces) link into the post.

The Readme for this set does contain the following:
NDEX ITS MEGA Props Vol01 (http://sc4devotion.com/csxlex/lex_filedesc.php?lotGET=661) - vital to avoid brown boxes
That is the file you are missing.
