Good start. :thumbsup: You might want to fill in the grass in the CBD with parks and more development. Also, a skyscraper on the very edge of town is not realistic at all. ;)
It looks colorful and diverse.
You should be able to pack quite a few people into that metropolis kevinaj. Are you playing this city on the easy level? These dense cities are fun to play on higher difficulty levels. City services and the budget become a constant focus. Good luck to you.

Nice pic, but you really need to start filling in those grassy areas in the middle of the CBD. Also, you need to develop a suburban area instead of having it be all hi-rises till you reach the country.
