My city commercial doesn't get development ()sad(). The demand at maximum! And then, desirability are green. What is the effect? My residential buildings are abandoned, because unemployment. I tried to make landmark, plaza and also many neighbor connection. But, not work. I have medium international airport in the city .

Commercial : 447 k
Industrial:
92 k
Commute time: 62 mins and keep rising
Education : 187
Life expetacy : 89
Crime : 20 reported, 17 arrested.
Please help me. I don't know what happen.
