See here, I have this wonderful winding road.

However upon closer inspection it doesn't look very nice. Is there a way to make it look good both on the region view and close-up?
Also one more question.
When should I upgrade the RHW? (widen it?) When should I make the highway bigger, when I get out of the rural areas?
You can use the FARR which is in the newest NAM. As for the RHWs - upgrade them when the traffic requires that ;)
For RHW, if you do the RHW-4, leave at lease two tiles on each side, if you plan to upgrade to the highest, RHW-10, which takes up 4 tiles per carriageway, if the info I'm remembering from reading the RHW readmes is correct...otherwise, what io_bg said!
Hmm, sounds good, but how would I integrate the FAR pieces? Could you, perhaps, give me an example picture?
