From the readme file, there are texture packs needed to show the textures :

•BSC Textures Vol 01.dat
•PEG_MTP_SUPER_TEXTURES_PACK.dat
•BSC_TexturePack_Cycledogg_V 01.dat
•BSC Textures Vol 02.dat

Hello Simgoober  I have same problem with most of your lots   I have all the dependencies listed for the casino
but do not get most of parking & driveway overlays    I remember that in your older lots you listed a dependency
something like   BSC-PEG textures and I have found it but it is a locked file,  Could it be that this is the problem
as it is I just replace your overlays with others in LE but since your creations are a work of art I feel like
I am defaceing them  (shameless kiss-up)

Shameless Plug, but if you need the BSC-Peg Textures follow this guide (http://www.sc4devotion.com/index.php?option=com_content&task=view&id=48&Itemid=) to find it.  It'll point you to where that file is now (as it's probably in a mega pack, likely BSC Texture Pack 1).

This is available in the brown boxes button at the top of the forums.
