The town's Football pitch, very popular in Pleystowe... (but, not today as it's the middle of the week :D)

The shot of the Budget... now, time for some math:
$735 divide by 100 mutliplied by 60 gives us the minimum monthly income: $441
As $441 < $521... the budget meets the criteria ()stsfd()
(https://www.sc4devotion.com/forums/proxy.php?request=http%3A%2F%2Fimg198.imageshack.us%2Fimg198%2F7826%2Foverviewm.jpg&hash=4d016ddedb0f1741a6f106428f0d3c53b65d1b4f)
The overview of the Township... with important locations marked.
These pictures show that the town has progressed from a lower wealth community to a richer community... The Mouse Houses have been replaced with Matt325b's housing.
Good luck to all...
Havva good one,
Adrian

Township of Pleystowe.
Population: 1,700
Budget: Fine Ruined ;D
3 requirements in one shot, looking good there Adrian. Like the house lots you've used too.
Can't wait to see your entry in full.
Dave
I love TEAser's
Looking good so far
It will be interesting to see the final product. ;D
:satisfied:
TTC
Nice teaser. And I can't wait more pictures. :)
Many thanks all!
Your comments are very encouraging...
Now, I've had to restart Pleystowe, as I sorta accidently ruined the budget balance I had going :P
I'll have some more pictures soon.
Havva good one
Adrian
:) Painful isn't it. I haven't had to worry about balancing the books for years. I'm finding that the hardest part of the challenge. :'(
Yeah, me too. But THANK GOD this is a small city.
Well, as I balance out the budgets of all of my cities that wasn't the hardest part for me but for a lot of eyecandy builders at the simforum.
On the other hand: a competition is always a challange, too, and too easy would be boring, wouldn't it? :D
Bernhard
Really nice village. &apls
I'm impatient to see a new pictures.
Impatient, eh?

Pleystowe... MKIIĀ ::)
Havva good one
Adrian
Hehe, Version 2 already and you still have a few weeks to go :D
Looks like we are using the same shops ;) Just make sure you keep those books balanced.
Dave
Very cool! However, that litle area in between the house in the bottom left corner could be filled in with trees (hint, hint) ;).
New first post...
I'll post the pictures again here, if they get replaced.
I prefer the second version of this city.
The town center is nice.
The memorial plaza looks great, nice work on this entry.
Unfortunately, I will be withdrawing from the competition, due to my less-than-satisfactory behaviour.
Thanks for the comments guys, but... such is life.
Havva good one,
Adrian.
EDIT: Again, I have changed my mind. I will be entering in the Competition...
I don't think that's any reason to take yourself out of the competition. It is your decision however. If you decide to change your mind again, you have until the deadline. The choice is yours though.
-Matt
I'm back in... My mind changes like... well, I don't have a simile!
Anyway, the first post has been updated with newer, better pictures...
Enjoy!
Havva good one,
Adrian.
COMPETITION 1 - THE VILLAGE
ENTRIES CLOSE 3/12/2009 12 MIDNIGHT
Hi Adrian
We see you have completed your entry and it would appear to comply with
the rules of the competition.
In a few days, we will be copying your entry across to the Judging Board
where the SC4d public will select the winner by way of poll.
Goodluck :)
Dave
some real nice shots in there. Am loving those, like yours, that have a village nestled amongst wilderness. Matt's houses are looking great.
That's a cozy looking little town!
Great job! I love the custom flag infront of the post office.
