I believe it is the Apples In Stereo song "Sun is Out"...

The song was actually made just for the ad, so you can not buy it (OR download it). There is a 31 second version of the song that can be found here: http://www.redletterdodge.com/wp-content/uploads/2009/11/Journey_Singing-SerpantAA1.mp3

Actually you can buy the extended mix off of iTunes. Still, this is old news, I found a remix of the 31-second sample and then found the extended mix on Youtube.
