None, The model is there, but the FSH files aren't. Thats a rendering error of some sort normally. Can you query the object and find out it's name please.
Well, it is possible that there's a model missing as well. The colorful thing is PEG's brown box replacement mod, and brown boxes indicate missing models, while the building or prop exemplar file is there. I guess we can assume that the missing item is located near that street tree, maybe a dirt circle or something like that. Is that the only "brown box" or does it show up elsewhere, too? Does it disappear if you rebuild that stretch of streets?

Andreas, thats not Pegs flag. The object has a shape, which looks like a street sign or similar. The shape is the outline of the LODs and the checkboard indicates that the FSH files are missing or not IID'd properly. If Scott can do a query it'll probably display the name of the prop.
Diggis,
That is Peg's Oops! flag model being displayed, which replaces the Maxis boxes. Maybe you should take another look at his mod, as he used a sign shaped model.

I did check this:
(https://www.sc4devotion.com/forums/proxy.php?request=http%3A%2F%2Fi302.photobucket.com%2Falbums%2Fnn110%2FDiggis%2FOpps.jpg&hash=4ea61610391968ea05800d255403d6b82185dc2f)
and it doesn't look like the one above. It looks like a flat plane. However I have just checked the file and it's a sign as above. The issue was zoom scale as only the closest zoom has a tight LOD, the rest are boxes.
My apologies.
Ok, I done so research. I deleted the street and the maker went away. Queried the marker and near as I can tell it is a semiseasonal tree.
Cycledogg has some semiseasonal street trees in his Mega Prop Pack. You might want to check if you have the latest version of it (it has been updated some time after the initial release).
