I am looking for this stairlot circled in the picture below, has anyone an idea where this is from? Thanks.

Not completely sure, but it could be part of the Marrast Footways v31 (STEX) (http://www.simtropolis.com/stex/details.cfm?id=16686).

Either that or Mas's set on the LEX.
