Hey,
I downloaded few buildings including JBSimio school packs and few residentals. They appear in the game properly but I when I'm clicking on them no window is being open. I can't adjust financial aspects of schools, save buildings etc. Any idea why is it happening??

You're missing BSC Essentials (http://sc4devotion.com/csxlex/lex_filedesc.php?lotGET=443).
