This is the PIM-X'd version of the Jardins familiaux (Allotments), which was released by S54 (Sciurus) on the TSC-EX a few months ago ago. It functions as a Community Garden on a 5x5 lot. The original (and it's dependencies) can be found here (http://www.toutsimcities.com/downloads.php?view=1508).
