Is it possible to edit the properties of a lot to stop the wealth textures showing around it?

It's really obvious on rail transit enabled lots.
I use the SFBT_Rail Textures Mod which helps (turned off in the above screenshot), but others without it will see the above.
No, unfortunately, the existence of a lot next to a transit item (road, rail etc.) will always trigger textures below the latter. You can control the appearance to a certain degree by making a lot of a certain wealth level, but even "no wealth" (for ploppable lots) will trigger some textures. The only way to get rid of the brown texture below the rail tracks is using Swamper77's "No Rail Dirt Mod", which simply replaces the dirt texture with a transparent one - but that also means that any dirt will be removed, also below streets in rural areas etc., since it's the same texture.
Thanks Andreas. I'll work out the least visible wealth level and work from there.
