Lowering Snowline of Olympic Terrain Mod

I've looked around at a couple of different threads in this subforum to find out how I can mod CP's Olympic Terrain Mod to make snow appear at the same minimum elevation as Jeronij's "Snowcapped Lower" version of the Columbus Terrain Mod, as I have some mountains in my region that I want to remain snowcapped now that I've switched to Olympic. Comparing the two files in the Reader, it seems that there are several diffeences between them, and I want to know what exactly I need to change in Olympic to achieve my goal. The threads I've found here mention changing only one property of the main terrain exemplar, either "MaxTerrainHeight" or "TemperatureRangeFactor"; however, my comparison of the two files and review of these threads has not enlightened me enough to know what to change either of these properties to. Would someone more knowledgeable in making terrain mods than I am mind telling me what I need to do? Also, does anyone know if someone has already done what I'm trying to do and released a version of Olympic with a lower snowline?
