Hey guys, I really want to dowload this set.. But, The links given for the Dependancies do not work.. Can someone help me find them?

That is an outdated list.  All of the links go to the STEX, and the files are all on the LEX (with different names).

SG Flora Pack 1&2, BSC BAT Props SG Vol07 - SG Mega Vol_01
BLS Flora - BSC Mega Misc Vol_01
BSC MEGA Props MJB Vol01 - BSC Mega MJB Vol_01
BSC Bicycle Props Pack (Deadwoods) - BSC Mega DAE Vol_01 (Deadwoods=DAE)

Hope this helps.  I don't think you need all of the BSC texture packs for this, but in general it is good to have them.

dimdubble, I've done a bit of a revamp on the parks (see Revisiting the BSC Parks) and it will include an updated readme for the basic lots, as well as some re-organising, adding some ped-enabled and NAM ped mall tile lots. Come to a LEX near you...
