Is it possible to create moving water? Flags and flying HD birds for the game? And also...to make it possible to drag roads under the bridges. Thanks!

Moving water, not really, but jeronij made something that looks like it.  Try THIS.
There are flags on the LEX as well as other exchanges.
I don't think you can make new birds other than those already ingame.
And we can't make dragable roads under bridge, but there is a lot on STEX that gives the illusion.  Try THIS

Moving water is possible by way of animated props, however, if you tried to make a river or large pond, your game would ground to a halt with the over load.
