So, I've downloaded the NAM and the CAM and most of the CAMelots. Now the Maxis parks are just green squares, no trees or flowers or benches. Does anyone know what caused this and how to fix it? This seems to have happened after I started downloading the CAMelots....

You say NAM and CAM, and those are the first mods to install so I bet you just installed the Maxis Update...

Part of the update was making SC4 easier on the computer, and sets the City Detail to Low.  Starting up SC4 and changing this to High should fix your problem.
