Brown Boxs - Parfums de Paris & BLS Bar de Luxe

Hi All,
     Need help with brown boxes again.  These seem to be the last ones. Have searched LEX, STEX,  and my download folders trying to figure out where these came from but so far no luck.  Am getting brown boxes for both "Parfums de Paris" and "BLS Bar de Luxe".  Noticed this evening they are both showing up in very young city.  Both are 1x1 tile size and have the BSC icon in the lower right hand corner of the properties information balloon.  Both seem to have appeared when conditions are conducive to bar type structures (is this redundant?).  Here is a link to pix of the Parfums de Paris.

When there are brown boxes it means you are missing the models for the building on a lot. In these two lots the buildings are to be found in:
BLS Bar de Luxe - BSC MEGA Props W2W Vol01

Merci Beaucoup BarbyW!  Thanks a bunch.  I knew that a model or dependency must have been missing.  Just couldn't seem to find it by googling all over.  Seems to work OK now.  The bar de Luxe was there soon as I re-entered the game.  Think the Parfums had began into another commercial spot just as I left the game the last time but will keep eye out in new cities.  Again, Thanks a bunch!
