Map installing

I've a problem, I want to install this region, but the TerraFormer can't be install, when I want to do it comes a errors massage. Could someone give me a folder with all maps inside so that I just need to pack all of the folder into: My Documents/SimCity4/Regions/*name of the region*

Is this a problem with the file, or does Terraformer never work?

To make Terraformer work you need to have a few .dll files that can be downloaded from microsoft.

No, I can't install it, when I click on one of the .exe files comes following message: See the logfile C: Dokume~1/Miche~1/Lokale*1/Temp/Rar$EX05.343/distv10c/ConvertIsocLine.exe.log for details. I made it and in this file stand this:

Hmm, maybe you want to post this is the Terraformer help thread. 

You have the .dll files that are listed here? http://sc4devotion.com/csxlex/lex_filedesc.php?lotGET=731

Seems like your directx isn't working, but I have no idea other than your problem is not that specific map.

The log indicates the dll are not installed or not found by the program, copy the 2 dll next to the exe in the same folder

So I think I have find the problem: the file MSCVP71.DLL he don't found. I used the link for the file, but the link don't works. where can I get these file?

The link for "msvcp71.dll" actually points to the Terraformer download link, so you would have to copy/paste it into your browser
