The SC4 Devotion Forums are no longer active, but remain online in an archived, read-only "museum" state.  It is not possible for regular members to post or use the private messaging system, and no technical support will be provided for any issues pertaining to the forums in their current state.  Attachments (those that still work) are accessible without login.

The LEX has been replaced with SC4Evermore (SC4E), and SC4E maintains an active Discord server.  For traditional forums, we recommend Simtropolis.

I created a Billboard with Rydia on it, Ok it rendered right in B.A.T. and looked right in Lot editor... and the icon for the item is right in SC4 but when i place it in my city it is just a greenish blue blurry area bigger than the actual item, never seen this and i have made many billboards but never this problem.. what is wrong with this B.A.T.?

Can you please provide a pic.  It's hard for us to guess from your description.
