The SC4 Devotion Forums are no longer active, but remain online in an archived, read-only "museum" state.  It is not possible for regular members to post or use the private messaging system, and no technical support will be provided for any issues pertaining to the forums in their current state.  Attachments (those that still work) are accessible without login.

The LEX has been replaced with SC4Evermore (SC4E), and SC4E maintains an active Discord server.  For traditional forums, we recommend Simtropolis.

What tools do I need to have in order to change the information features of a lot, such as making the lot plopable and the lot desciption that appears in the game. I have the lot created, I want to make it plopable and have its info appear in game.

Just in case no body answered you or you haven't figured it out I will throw you some information SC4PIMX tool will allow you to do most of the things like make ploppables and growables . There is also Ilives Reader which will also allow you to adjust information about your creation. With all the different tools available once you learn how to use them and how the different files interact it almost seems like the possibilities are endless. There is also the SC4Tool which allows you to mess with exemplars.  You can Find all the information on the Tools and their use on the forums. Good Luck and have fun learning.  Here are some links to forum with info on where and how to download what you need.

Ilives can be found here  http://sc4devotion.com/forums/index.php?topic=10417.0
