multiple buildings (sc4models)

is it possible to put multiple buildings on a lot. i've seen b.a.t.s with multiple on stex, plex & lex... can you do that with lot editor, or do i need to use another program... if possible with L.E., how do i do that

As far as I know, you can only have one building.  The others have to be props, but you can make any model into a prop.
