props aren't showing in lot preview until plopped

6 lots i created (including the lot with the missing textures and prop) when the lot previews on the terrain the props aren't there but when plopped they show up. they don't show up in the region view either

You need to set the "Previewable" property in the prop exemplar files to "True" (0x01).
