every time i make a B.A.T. it randomly appears in the category such as parks it is just somewhere in there randomly... but i want to make two different lots in the same category that i want to show up back to back in the parks list because they are two different B.A.T.s, two different lots that i want to frequently use together in my city... i've downloaded things that appeared together that were together in the .zip

Check the property "Item Order" and see that they are the same value for each lot.  If your parks are still not next to each other then you are using an Item Order that someone else has used.  Change the Item Order to something that you think would be uncommon.  Also note that values less than 0 (0xFFFFFFFF = -1) will appear before the Maxis lots.  It may be that the Item order is in the Building Exemplar, that I am not sure of.
