Hello,

I bought SC4 again via steam and I noticed the command lines somehow did not work despite doing it correctly, so I started browsing through the config file and I noticed this:

memory = 2048
freeMemory = 1248

would modifying this into something else, like a larger number affect the running of SC4?

my guess is probably. what you have there is a log file generated showing what you have in your system.

That file documents the result of your startup/install .. it is NOT where those elements get set. It is simply reporting what SC4 found and what it did as a result.
