NAM does not work - problem

NAM does not work. I installed it just as it should. On the picture displays the "missing thumb, " do not know what is the cause. I tried reinstalling but it does not help. Please help. Thank you

NAM only works with SC4 Rush Hour/Deluxe; I see you're using the original SC4.

Actually I'm not sure we have versions. How did you come to know that I have versions?

The RH/Deluxe version has two query tools as well as a slightly different Mayor Mode menu.
