what does Landmark effect do and how is it different than Desirability (park effect)... when creating B.A.T.s in regular PIM (not x) I see there is Landmark effect and Park effect... from what I understand, Park effect is desirability... but am unsure of what Landmark effect does...

Park effect boosts residential desirability. Landmark effect boosts commercial desirability.
