How to apply custom paths to a lot?

So, I've done a simple 1x1 TE lot and a custom pathfile which should be correct as I checked it many times.
I am also sure the instance of the pathfile is new. To apply the path to the lot, I wrote its ID into the #16 rep of the tile, using SCTool. The number shows up correctly on the Reader too.
However, as soon as I drag the network on the lot, the game crashes to desktop. What am I doing wrong?
Thank you in advance!

There must be a problem with the lot's connectivity specifications. Dragging a network through the lot shouldn't crash the game. instead it should connect the network with the lot. A wrong path file could only cause problems with the automata, eg automata getting lost (fading) or driven along wrong pathways.

Oops, sorry, my fault! -I had just forgotten to write "0" junctions  :P
Now the game doesn't crash any longer, but the stop point of my pathfile doesn't work.  ()what() Here it is:

Unluckily, I was unable to find any information on how to do pathing properly, so here I am bothering you with this. Can somebody please tell me why automata ignore the stop point?
