Hello, I was wondering if there were any plans for RHW/NWM transitions in the future or do they already exist? For example, a OWR-4 to RHW-8S transition.

Not at present, though some have had preliminary work done on them. RHW-6C to AVE-6, RHW-3 to ARD-3 and WRHW-2 to AVE-2 for example.
