Hello everyone! I was wondering if there is anything to fill in the bare grass openings under GROUND HIGHWAYS, not raised highways, but ground highways. Because in my suburbs, when the highways runs through it, it ruins the look with the plainness under it with the grass.

Also, is there anything to fill up the open spaces under the monorail tracks?

Thank you,

Instead of using grass tiles around highways try decorating it with mayor-mode-ploppable flora. Using one of the CP terrain mods on the lex will give your empty tiles a nice greener look that is closer to the color of park lots.

As for monorail, you could try a similar strategy to what I mentioned or find overhanging lots to cover the area below it. Come to think of it, that should work for your ground highways as well since the model of the highway is actually something like .5 meters above ground.
