Somy Oil Dirty Industry Building - Brown Box

Hello everyone, I've been playing SC4 for a while now and recently learned about Camelots. I understand that some buildings become brown boxes and so far I've been able to find a BAT model to fix this problem for some buildings. However, recently I got a stage 6 Somy Oil Dirty Industry building that's a brown box and when I downloaded the BAT file from this site 'SOMY Prop Pack Vol02', it didn't give me any way (as far as I can tell) to install the Prop Pack. Instead, after downloading it gave me a DAT file and a text document. I checked to see if the brown box was there and it is still there. Basically, I'm kind of lost at this point because normally there's an application that I can run from the download that lets me install the BAT.

Welcome to SC4 Devotion!
This is called a dependency file, which is usually a prop or texture pack that lets the lot function properly.
The .dat file is the dependeny the one required to make the lot work.
The .txt file is probably a ReadMe, which explains what to do with the file.

Right click on the folder that contains these files and click "Extract All." The wizard will guide you. Once you have the extracted folder, place the whole thing in:
MyDocuments/SimCity4/Plugins

You should do this with every plugin unless it has an installer.

Hey thanks, I tried this and it worked. Now I have a nice but dirty somy oil building in my city. 

Actually, this is off topic but I can't find the dependency for the following building: Europa R$$ Stage 9. It's not located anywhere in the lots/bats list and I'm getting a brown box with this building as well.

It seems misleading because that's a stage 8 and the one I have is a stage 9 but it worked anyway so much appreciated.
