Hello, i made two towers, i'm satisfied about the results but in some way the towers disappear when i zoom out to nivea 5 (maximally zoomed). I suspect that there is something wrong with the LOD. Can you guys give me an answer?

Is the AppearanceZoomsFlag property set to 0x1E? Set it to 0x1F then.

Too slow, :)

Other than that, it may be an LOD issue.  Open your model in Reader, and you will see at least 20 Entries.  There will be an S3D entry of Instance 0x####0000.  This is one of the furthest out zooms (the others being 0x0010, 0x0020, and 0x0030).  If your model is displayed when you click on that, I believe it is safe to say your model is fine.

The Maxis PIM does not automatically choose to display all props at all zoom levels. Example: I took the Temple of Grutz and made it into a prop. The default PIM zoom levels are 2,3,4,5. And that's a large prop. Smaller props like trash cans will probably default to zoom levels 3,4, and 5.

Avoid that by selecting the 'advance' tab then select the zoom levels you prefer. That would be the way I'd do it.

Good Luck

Okay thank you Jim, i think that is the solution, however the old prop is still there, can i delete it in the plugin manager? Because now i do not know which prop is the good one. [Never mind i got the solution]
