Does anyone know if it's possible to use a bit of max script to save the image that comes up when you click the preview button?  Preferably as a PNG with transparency included.  I'd like to be able to capture renders with a full range alpha instead of the on/off alpha the BAT normally exports.

It's a necessary step for creating high quality animated props without a lot of tedious work.  The rest of the script to run through the different rotations and zooms is easy enough.

Gmax, but it's irrelevant now with the discovery of S3D animated props.  I won't be going back to ATC styled ones.
