The NHP 2x Radius Mod has my cities hemorrhaging money exponentially can someone help me with removing it.  I cannot find the file on my computer does any one know the exact file name? Please help I cannot expand my cities and turning it down only keeps it for a month, the next month it is up and my Health and Education cost is astronomical. %confuso

There are two files: 2xRadius Hospitals.dat and 2xRadius Schools.dat

You've triggered the Phantom Slider Bug, so removing these files won't fix your problem.  See the details in this THREAD for information on how to fix your problem.
