The SC4 Devotion Forums are no longer active, but remain online in an archived, read-only "museum" state.  It is not possible for regular members to post or use the private messaging system, and no technical support will be provided for any issues pertaining to the forums in their current state.  Attachments (those that still work) are accessible without login.

The LEX has been replaced with SC4Evermore (SC4E), and SC4E maintains an active Discord server.  For traditional forums, we recommend Simtropolis.

I can download this file to my computer, but when I try to unzip it, I get an error message telling me that I may not have access to the file. Anyone else having this problem? Or know where I can find the file somewhere else? TIA

How big is the downloaded file ?
Mine is 1428 kb.

Surprisingly the issue resolved itself simply by restarting my computer. I'm not sure what it did not like, but that fixed it. TY.
