Looking for Heblems LBT Mendoza1826 lot

I saw this lot in the "Tweaking a lot" tutorial and liked it but cannot find it anywhere. Can any one point me to it?

I have moved your topic to the "Where can I find this ..." board, I don't think it was ever on the LEX, and it looks like its not on the STEX either and internet searches just brings up the tutorial, I'm just going thru the STEX DVD's looking for something else as I am in the middle of creating a "Custom Content Catalog" of all the plugins, if I come across the Mendoza1826 I'll update the Catalog with where it.

Hi again

Its now on the catalog, unfortunately this doesn't help you as its been deleted from the STEX, if you donate money to Simtropolis and get the STEXDVD03 then you can have it, and you are going to need the DVD as it has five dependencies all of which have been deleted from the STEX, but are still available on the DVD.

it was on the STEX as LBT Mendoza 1816, but in the description its Mendoza 1826, it may be possible that a search for 1816 might turn up something?

Hi, Im sorry to say this... I have the building... I downloaded from STEX some time ago... the problem is... I dont know if I can uploaded... I mean, I dont even know if I can send to you because I dont have permission since I dont own the rights... have you tried pming the author???

He was banned back in mid-2009 as to why that's between the SC4D staff and Heblem

Thanks to all for the replies. Not a huge deal...I just really liked the way the building looked in the picture. I have the STEXDVD04 but not 03. It's probably time for me to make another donation anways so I will do so in order to get the third DVD.
