Help whit CAMeLots

Hello, my english is so bad but i need help,

my friend gave me a folder called "CAM" where are all the "essential files" Lots and Textures of CAM. but when i started playing, very, very few industrial areas grow further from its stage. the same goes for commercial areas. look in the folders that I spend and discovered that there are "SOME" Camelots and then I found the list of sc4debotions Camelots. i download  all but do not set it up because I do not want duplicate some files.

1- is there any way to avoid this with Cleanitol?

2- There will be a list where you can comprovar clenitol have all "ALL" CAM files?
