I have Win7 64 and the program opens fine using the bat file you discussed. The problem comes in when it say this:

C:\Documents and Settings\Boucher\Desktop is not available.

It keeps adding Desktop and I do not know why, I used this in the bat file:

set USERPROFILE=%USERPROFILE:User=Documents And Settings%
SC4Mapper.exe

Can anyone help?

Also when I say ok and move it does strat to create and I have no idea where it is putting it.

I am sorry to say that I can not. I have a 10 year old computer running XP ... My wife has a Win7 laptop and it is a mystery to me. I hope that someone reads your question and points you in the right direction.
