Vu Blue Denim type building -eye sore

I am looking for building to compete with vue blue denim , high wealth boutiques and other bats using the same eye sore building popping everywhere.

Any suggestions what I should be looking for? Stage. wealth, lot size?

The Vu Blue is a CO$$$ that grows on 8 lots. Stage 6 and 7. It belongs to prop family 40000095. The only other building with in the family is Ajjanagadde Inc. So you basically have two buildings sharing 8 lots.

There should be a nice selection of stage 6 and 7 buildings on the LEX. Do a LEX search. Left margin -> near the bottom -> catagory search. Select Medium Commercial from the pull down menu. That will be a good place to start.

Working on Blue Platter Limited, and now Coit Tower..., I know it was a landmark, wish I could leave it at that, the 2x2 lots really do pop up even when the CS$$$ demand raise only so slightly, wich happens a lot to me.

Sometimes the new bats are worse, I but can just "turn them off" (out of pluggins).

When my semester's over I plan on taking a look at making bat, my ultimate challenge would be this:
