I downloaded the JMyers Homes vol1 with all the dependencies listed but still i got brown boxes specifically the Blue Ridge Homes, and several houses which i didn't remember correctly the name. I checked the files in my plugins folder and i got all the models, desc and lots files (16 files in total). Is there any other thing i miss besides dependency here?  ()what()

I had the same problem. I believe the lots were 1045 Misty Falls Road, 1093 Dewy Branch Street, 9827 Blue Ridge Road, Blue Ridge Homes, 1515 Spring Crest Street, and 135 Rocky Summit Road. Thankfully the only lots affected by the brown boxes are in the Blue Ridge folder.I couldn't figure out what I was missing so I just demolished those lots from my region and removed that folder from my plugins.

I installed the JMyers Homes vol1 and the 3 dependencies files, along with the optional BSC Essentials.  No brown boxes to be seen.

Wondering if it might be a conflict with one of your other plugins.

All I have installed is NAM 31 and BSC Props Jeronij Vol 03 Trees Seasonal (with it's dependencies)

I had the same problem and JMyers solved it rapidly. But I can't remember what exactly I was missing, nor can't I find the thread which wasn't too long ago. In the download it wasn't mentioned properly what exactly was missing, I had missing props and then later missing textures. Not a matter of not having well explained in the download, more of a matter of where the files were placed. (see below)
The only way to know exactly is to ask JMyers himself. If he doesn't respond to this thread within a few days, then send him a PM with a link to this post. Good luck.

Found the thread.....

Have a look at this:

It should solve your problem. Since I have my game installed on a second Drive, the installer installs the files elsewhere and therefile that little file somehow got lost during the install.
Hope that this will help you. ;)
