Request - Hulett - Seaport ore off loader

Dont know if this would be the right place to post this,  if it is not, then please forgive me.

I have not seen one of these listed on here, or anywhere else that I have been to.  But I figured that i would ask here.  I have a few pictures of what is called a Hulett.  Those creators here that are from the Ohio area, have probably seen one of these along the shores of Lake Erie.  They are called Hulett's, they were Ore Un haulers.  they were a sight to see, either standing, but especially when they were working. 

Below are 4 pictures (and blueprints) for these beautiful monsters.    I was wondering if anyone would take a stab at making something like this.  it does not have to be 4 in a row, but 1 would work, and make them fir together.  under them, (in the one picture) is how the rail ore cars came under these monsters.  usually 3 to 4 tracks. 

Just asking, and thanks in advance if someone can make one of them..

Darn close.  if I only knew how to make stuff in SC4.  I used to know how in SC3. but its been many many years.  thanks for the link.  maybe someone can still give it a try.  Im not moving to sc5, heard too many bad things about it.  so its SC4D forever for me.  lol
