how to get the perspective?
there is some special tools or something ?  :)

But for a complete region overview in one image: Region Census.
Find it on the LEX or the STEX (I don't have my passwords for LEX and STEX at hand, so please look for yourself)

Yes, that's helpful indeed. However, for this particular picture Simcoug stitched together zoom1 cityviews.

Yep - It (stitching) took a little extra time, but trying to get the same shot using the region view and some of the extra 'transform' tools in photoshop doesn't have the same effect:
