Not sure where to post this?

Recently began playing around with SC4PIM primarily to relot some of the awesome residential content available to better suit my needs.
Anyways, I have arrived at the building/prop family part of the process and have been instructed to request a "prop family range" before proceeding.
Is this necessary? If so, how and to whom is this request made?

Have searched all over but so far have only found references to others prop family ranges?
