#1: I think there are no mods for that.
#2: Have you read the EXACT installation instructions for the Ontario RHW Texture mod? Don't tell me you only installed the LHD support files...

thanks, and i will check if i installed correctly, i did this last night at like 3am was pretty tired, so i probably did screw up :P

EDIT: i fixed the textures, i did only install the LHD files... ^^, so i managed to set up a "multiplayer" world for me and a friend on this town, half asleep, yet i failed at installing texture files :D.

The Region Census Mod and the SC4 Startup Manager (SC4SUM) are both able to parse full region views (without having to stitch images together).

Both are available on the LEX, (which you have to register separately for; thankfully no Captcha stuff there after registration). They will let you see the whole region at once, and you can export the images (for uploading/sharing) as well.

The verification system goes away after a few posts; it's meant to prevent bots from spamming the forums, which they did a few years ago prompting the current protocols. I remember being frustrated with it for a bit, and then suddenly I no longer had to deal with it, because it assumes after a few posts that you are indeed human. So posting a few more times will be worth the effort ;).
Experience is something you don't get until just after you need it.
