how do you track down a dependancy or model

hi

is there a way to find out what dependency you need to help get rid of black boxes if you only have a name of a building

for example i have a brown box the ? says lakeside place or yen_ziden apartments or stage 9 tower, how do i find out what model or whatever i need ??

Maybe there are more effective ways to do it out there, but I for myself was successful by simply googleing for the name (maybe add a "SC4" or something to the search phrase). Usually this leads to the lots and therefore to the dependencies list. Next step would be checking every item on the list... that might be tedious, esp. with long lists, but there's hardly any way around 

You mentioned "yen_ziden apartments". This is strange, because the download lists explecitly says "no dependencies". Dont' know what happened there...

here's are my other suggestion:
lakeside place

the "stage 9 tower" seems hard to find without any picture since there are quite a few "towers for stage 9" around and it's tricky to tackle down which one is called by that exact phrase.

EDIT: the dependency tracker on the SC4D LEX (the download section on this site) helps a LOT to keep up with the dependencies when downloading new stuff. I don't want to miss it (and I do everytime I have to use the STEX over at simtropolis). Just be sure you install the stuff immediately and not just download it.
