EP1 and all

hello all of you:
I've been re-working, no, struggling with my plugins folder for a good while. And I came with two needed mods that I can't find. They are EP1-Update and SC4-Update. Found a couple of links but I get error messages every time.

Knowing the good will of people at this time of the year, I'm hoping to someone who could point me in the right direction.

On the left side of the website, you have a column with a bunch of stuff in it. Click the EA SUPPORT button:



Then if it asks, click I accept the terms etc. 

Then you will find the SC4 Updates needed.

Make sure to pick the right one for your version of the game.

I followed your suggestion and after accepting the terms it goes to a window with "Maxis Rush Hour Update" clicked and I end up in a blank page. Just a white blank.

I just had a look, and the download works for me. Maybe you're using some antivirus or script blocker that prevents you from downloading the files? In case you're still having troubles, try the downloads on the German SimCityKurier:

Since you're from France, I guess you need the update for the European version of the game, which we are offering as well. Make sure to tick the checkmark under the license text before downloading.

Now here is the topo: I have SC4 from GOG so it's a 641 version. I also have the SKU2 which I hope it means "the European version of the game".
I have a dedicated old XP Pentium 4 for this game, and some older games.
Now the big question: Since it is a v641, do I really need these updates?

Ah, you should have mentioned that in the first place. v641 is the newest version already, so you don't need those patches at all. But yes, SKU2 means the European version, so if you want to install the old CD-ROM version on your XP system, you can use the patches for that one.

Oh so sorry Andreas, I did mean to mention that earlier, but I'm in the middle of the Battle of the Plugins and as you can guess, there are as many questions and doubts as there are mods.
